Privacy policy

This policy explains how SRJ EDU NETWORK (“SRJ”, “we”) collects and uses personal data through this website, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Data we collect

When you send the enquiry form, we receive what you fill in: your role (student or parent), the student’s name, phone number, email (if given), school or college, state, level of study, subjects, programme, class mode and message, and the date you gave consent.

Purpose

We use this data only to answer your enquiry, contact you about classes and registration, and manage SRJ student records. We do not sell your data.

Storage and access

Form details are stored in the SRJ website system and can be accessed only by authorised SRJ staff. Enquiry notifications are also sent to SRJ’s official email.

WhatsApp

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also covered by WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Cookies

This site only uses the cookies and browser storage it needs to work, for example to remember that you closed the privacy notice.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by contacting us on WhatsApp at 013-666 1758 or through SRJ’s official email.

Students under 18

Students under 18 are encouraged to fill in the form with a parent or guardian.
